Tom is a co-founder of Seventy2 Capital and has over 14 years of experience as a financial advisor. He primarily advises Fortune 500 Executives on their retirement planning needs. Tom has been recognized as a 2018 Top Next Generation Advisor by Forbes. He also holds multiple industry accreditations and designations, and has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2015, 2016 and 2017.*
Paul has over 18 years in the financial services industry. His extensive education and service as a legislator in the Maryland House of Delegates provides his clients with unique insights into the financial and economic markets. He holds the exclusive Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation and a Master’s degree from Harvard University.
Troy Elser leads the Seventy2 Capital office in Hunt Valley as a Partner and Financial Advisor. Troy has over 20 years of experience as an advisor. He strives to build long-term relationships with clients by delivering a superior experience and helping them embrace their financial future with confidence.
John is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and focuses on delivering comprehensive wealth management strategies to the firm’s clients. He has over a decade in the finance industry, including a background in energy trading and foreign currency markets.
James comes to Seventy2 Capital after working with the firm’s founders at Morgan Stanley. He is a financial advisor to high net worth individuals and and businesses on retirement planning strategies.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, Bruce is responsible for managing relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. His long-time love of aviation has permeated his career and led him to the wealth management industry after a career in corporate and commercial aircraft sales. He is a business owner and executive who understands the complex investment and banking needs of wealthy individuals and their families.
Don is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with a background in wealth management and private equity. He takes a customized and holistic approach to helping his clients attain their financial goals. Many of Don’s clients are corporate executives and business owners in the government contracting industry. He also works with families who have built wealth and are seeking a plan to efficiently transfer this wealth to future generations. Don is an Eagle Scout, an avid outdoorsman and an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
Ryan Gutowski is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management in the Hunt Valley office and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and believes that a plan is a roadmap to accomplishing ones financial goals and aspirations.
Andrew is a Vice President and financial advisor at Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management. He has nearly 20 years as a financial advisor working with businesses, individuals and families. Drawing upon his experience as a business owner and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner he helps tailor investment strategies to satisfy a client’s risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs and overall investment goals.
Kerry brings 38 years of experience as a financial advisor to businesses and non-profits. He was the founder of Creative Benefit Concepts LLC in 2001 and has extensive knowledge of corporate and non-profit retirement plan and succession planning strategies.
David has spent nearly 30 years advising individuals and families on investment strategies to meet their financial needs. With this experience, comes a deep knowledge of financial products and services that is applied to help clients tailor a strategy for each stage of their life, career and into retirement.
Sean specializes in advising high net worth clients on comprehensive retirement and estate planning strategies. Sean previously worked with Morgan Stanley and has earned the Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM designation, the premier credential for retirement plan administration.
Michael leads the investment selection process for Seventy2 Capital’s discretionary portfolio strategies. He focuses on customizing investments to align with clients’ needs using alternative investments, primary market investments, and derivatives. Michael has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2019 and 2020.
Steve is a member of Seventy2 Capital’s Bethesda team where he serves clients by helping them plan and pursue a predictable retirement income that supports their desired lifestyle. Steve is also an avid marathoner and triathlete who often competes to raise money for organizations that provide services to people with developmental disabilities.
John’s expertise in portfolio construction comes from serving clients for over 10 years, most recently as an advisor with Morgan Stanley’s wealth management group. His clients value his responsiveness and the diligence with which he serves their financial needs both pre- and post-retirement.
Steve Richardson is a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor at Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management. His advisory experience spans over 30 years of helping his clients plan for retirement while educating them to be more confident investors.
Frank leads the Seventy2 Capital office in Annapolis, MD. He began his career in one of the most tumultuous times in the market and since 2001 has helped clients manage their wealth through good times and bad.
Nicholas is a Financial Advisor with Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management where he is primarily responsible for client acquisition activities. He is also a team lead of the firm’s college intern program.
Doug specializes in retirement and 401(k) planning. The best advice he ever got was ‘we were born with 2 ears and 1 mouth so listen twice as much as you speak; you will learn a lot more that way.’ Throughout his 25 plus years as a financial advisor, he has found success by doing just that. He also applies that advice in his role as a youth sports coach and Commissioner of his local, recreational basketball league.
Mark has over 40 years in the wealth management industry having advised individuals and families on investment strategies and products to help meet their long-term financial needs. His advice to his clients is to “Prune your flowers and pull your weeds.”
Taking the time to understand his clients’ needs enables James to provide his clients with an investment framework customized to their financial goals. In addition, he has a background in private banking and portfolio evaluation that has helped prepare him to manage their most essential resources. James is a native of the Washington, DC area and an Eagle Scout.
Cory prides himself on providing outstanding customer service to Seventy2 Capital clients. He is responsible for all facets of the operations and account management functions and supports the senior advisors in the Annapolis, MD office.
Paul is a member of the Hunt Valley Client Services team where he supports a team of experienced advisors with the goal of enhancing the client experience. His responsibilities include both operational and administration functions of the Hunt Valley team.
Joy brings over 18 years of experience in a client services and advisor role. She works closely with Seventy2 Capital’s high net worth clients on day to day investment management activities and during major life events such as death of a spouse or divorce.
Karen has over 25 years of financial services experience in both wealth management and mortgage lending. For the last 8 years, Karen has supported the account and administrative needs of clients for Richardson Financial Services, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Financial Network.
As a member of the Client Services team, Leticia focuses on helping simplify clients’ financial lives with diligent, attentive service that reflects an understanding of their daily needs and long-term goals. Her specific responsibilities include supporting a team of financial advisors and their clients with transactions and account management, client requests including documentation, fund transfers, and other related activity.
Justin joined the Client Services team in 2018 following graduation from the University of Maryland. In this role, he assists the Financial Advisors with various administrative and operational functions for existing clients and onboarding of new clients.
Sandy Vecere is a Senior Wealth Associate in the Hunt Valley office where she is responsible for the onboarding of new clients, as well as assisting clients with operational and account management needs. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she specializes in providing top quality service and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Bezawit brings a background in banking, advertising and public relations, along with a careful attention to detail to her role as a Client Service Associate. Before joining Seventy2 Capital, Bezawit spent two years at Wells Fargo Advisors supporting a team of financial advisors. Her primary responsibility is to serve the account management needs and day-to-day inquiries of the practice’s clients.
Brandy leads strategic planning and partnership efforts for Seventy2 Capital. Prior to joining the firm, she held a number of senior leadership positions for high growth companies. She has extensive experience in business development, capital raising, and client and investor relations.
