Tom is co-founder of Seventy2 Capital, and he primarily advises Fortune 500 Executives on their executive stock and benefit plans along with creating customized portfolio solutions. Tom has been recognized as a 2018 and 2019 Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors by Forbes, and in 2021 was on the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list. Prior to founding Seventy2 Capital, Tom served as a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley.

Paul Carlson, CIMA®, CRPC®


Paul has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry that began on the trading floor of a Wall Street firm and culminated in starting Seventy2 Capital to help clients realize their personal and financial aspirations. His exemplary educational credentials along with service as a legislator in the Maryland House of Delegates provides his clients with unique insights into the financial and economic markets. He holds the exclusive Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University.

Eric Bost


As Partner at LII of Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management, Eric Bost draws on his thirty years of industry experience to help clients understand their financial options and build their best future. He works primarily with families, integrating their activities, interests, passions and, above all else, the people they care for the most into their planning. Value based investing is a key cornerstone in Eric’s expertise. After building LII into a successful independent practice, Eric partnered with Seventy2 Capital to give his clients enhanced resources and support.

Chris Davis is a Partner at Seventy2 Capital, leading the Long Island, New York team. In this role, he is responsible for attracting and managing financial advisor talent in the region. Chris has a reputation as a trusted leader among financial advisors in the Long Island area, with over two decades of experience recruiting and mentoring financial advisors.

Linda Whittington CFP®

Partner, Financial Advisor

Linda joined Seventy2 Capital in March 2022 as a Partner and head of the Tysons Corner office. Her addition to the firm was critical to the expansion of Seventy2 Capital’s geographic footprint into Virginia. Linda made the move to Seventy2 Capital following a tenure with Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) where she grew her practice for over 6 years. Her career as a financial advisor precedes her experience at WFA as she spent over 8 years with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management team.

David Anderson

Don is a Certified Financial Planner professional with a background in wealth management and private equity. He takes a customized and holistic approach to helping his clients attain their financial goals. Many of Don’s clients are corporate executives and business owners in the government contracting industry. He also works with families who have built wealth and are seeking a plan to efficiently transfer this wealth to future generations. Don is an Eagle Scout, an avid outdoorsman and an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.

Kyle attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, where he graduated with a BSc in Mathematical Economics with a concentration in Statistics.

Jeffrey Munson

Jeff remains dedicated to a customized approach to wealth management with the financial goals of each individual client at the core. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jeff uses the power of his experience to help clients address their current financial needs and focus on achieving their long-term goals even when navigating market fluctuations. Frank leads the Seventy2 Capital office in Annapolis, MD. He began his career in one of the most tumultuous times in the market and since 2001 has helped clients manage their wealth through good times and bad.

Doug specializes in retirement and 401(k) planning. The best advice he ever got was ‘we were born with 2 ears and 1 mouth so listen twice as much as you speak; you will learn a lot more that way.’ Throughout his 25 plus years as a financial advisor, he has found success by doing just that. He also applies that advice in his role as a youth sports coach and Commissioner of his local, recreational basketball league.

Betty has nearly 25 years of experience in the investment advisory and brokerage industry. With a developed skillset in managing client experiences, she uses diligence and an attention to detail in administering daily operations. Betty has successfully completed the SIE, series 7,63 and 65 registrations. She is based in the Hunt Valley office and is a native of Baltimore, MD.

Paul is a member of the Hunt Valley Client Services team where he supports a team of experienced advisors with the goal of enhancing the client experience. His responsibilities include both operational and administration functions of the Hunt Valley team.

Antonio has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years, most recently with Morgan Stanley. He works closely with new and existing clients on account opening, management and maintenance in addition various administrative support functions of the firm.

Amy brings 10 years of experience as an accounting and administrative professional to the Seventy2 Capital Client Service team in Bethesda. As a Client Service Associate, her primary responsibility rests in helping simplify clients’ financial lives. Prior to Seventy2 Capital, Amy spent over 4 years as a Wealth Management Client Associate with Merrill Lynch.

Justin joined the Client Services team in 2018 following graduation from the University of Maryland. In this role, he assists the Financial Advisors with various administrative and operational functions for existing clients and onboarding of new clients.

Prior to this, Kevin was a registered CSA at UBS and a financial services representative at Merrill Edge. Sandy Vecere is a Senior Wealth Associate in the Hunt Valley office where she is responsible for the onboarding of new clients, as well as assisting clients with operational and account management needs. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she specializes in providing top quality service and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Janet is the primary operational support person for the Leonardtown, MD office. Her strong people skills and deep business experience across an array of industries contribute to the client experience through her ability to provide both exceptional client service, and administrative and operational support to Steve Richardson’s clients.

Emily McManaman

Human Resources & Operations Director

Emily is the Human Resources and Operations Director and joined Seventy2 Capital in February 2022. Her transition followed a 15-year tenure at the boutique executive search firm, Grant/Morgan Associates. Emily has a mindset dedicated to helping others reach their objectives, complemented by expertise in vetting technical skillsets and cultural alignment. She is also responsible for the internal administration and operations of the firm, particularly as they relate to the firm’s culture and employee relations.
