Andrew Fortmeyer
Senior Financial Advisor
Andrew brings a passion for client-facing work, interpersonal relationships, financial markets, and the pursuit of tangible goals to his role as a Senior Financial Advisor at Seventy2 Capital. Andrew is focused on being an eager learner to deepen and accelerate his knowledge of the financial advising industry so he can best serve clients on their financial journey.
Prior to joining Seventy2 Capital, Andrew served as a financial advisor at Optare Financial Partners, which joined Seventy2 Capital in 2026. Before that, he worked as a consultant for a tech company in Chicago focused on financial accounting, SAP work, and project management for ERP system implementations.
Andrew graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree, co-majoring in Marketing and Data Analytics. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys shakily teaching himself how to play guitar, participating in intramural sports leagues with college friends, and running. You can find him heading to Chicago attending Cubs games, playing pickle ball, or attending concerts with friends.
