Doug Stead brings deep experience and professional certifications to his role as Executive Vice President at Seventy2 Capital. He earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Retired Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designations to help serve his clients’ retirement planning and 401(k) needs.
Doug’s career as a Financial Advisor has spanned over 25 years. Prior to joining Seventy2 Capital, he served as Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors and Morgan Stanley, as well as a Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley. Doug graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wesleyan University in Connecticut where he played baseball on the team that made it to the Division III College World Series in 1994.
He resides in in Parkton, MD with his wife, Michelle, and four (4) kids. He keeps busy throughout the year coaching a range of spring, winter and fall sports including youth basketball, baseball, soccer and lacrosse. In addition, Doug serves as the Commissioner of the Recreational basketball league for boys and girls and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
