Senior Recruiting Specialist
As a Senior Recruiting Specialist at Seventy2 Capital, Finn forges relationships with new advisors, discussing Seventy2 Capital’s unique model and how we can provide value to their business. His responsibilities are to coordinate, document, and facilitate recruiting efforts, collaborating with the practice’s Senior Recruiting Director and President to help new advisors through their due diligence into contract signing.
Prior to joining Seventy2 Capital, Finn worked as a Financial Advisor at Marks Wealth Management in Ellicott City, MD. In this role, he worked with pre-retirees and those with emerging wealth (ages 40-60), taking a fiduciary approach to be able to help clients with any question related to their finances. His main goal was to help clients grow their wealth in good times and preserve wealth in bad times.
Finn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Finn enjoys going to the gym, golfing, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is family-oriented and ensures he spends quality time with his loved ones.
