Now, as Vice President of Client Relations, she interacts daily with clients and advisors, providing outstanding care, professionalism, and competence. Joy believes in giving every client top-quality, personalized attention and solution-oriented service, which has earned her an exceptional reputation among clients and others in the industry.
Joy brings over 27 years of wealth management expertise across various client service and management roles. Her background includes positions with Morgan Stanley, Campbell Wealth Management, SunTrust Private Wealth, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Joy is a registered professional and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations.
Joy resides in both Silver Spring, Maryland, and Virginia Beach, Virginia. While outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as spending as much time as possible at the beach or traveling.
