Lami Wadinga
Accounting Associate
As an Accounting Associate at Seventy2 Capital, Lami supports the practices’ financial operations through the accurate maintenance of financial records, with a focus on pass-through transactions. She is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and financial accounts, processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. She also works closely with the Finance Director and contributes to financial analysis efforts while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Prior to joining Seventy2 Capital, Lami worked as an Accountant at Nigerian Communications Commission and a Tax Preparer Assistant at David Pomerantz and Associates LLC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Keele University and her master’s degree in International Business Finance from University of Aberdeen. Outside of work, Lami enjoys spending time with family, playing lawn tennis, and reading.
