Executive Client Service Associate & Office Coordinator
As an Executive Client Service Associate, Lisa is dedicated to excellent client service before, during, and after the sale and strives to have a direct impact on the overall success of her financial advisors. Her primary role is to handle operational needs such as client onboarding, asset and money movement, account maintenance, research, and special inquiries. Additionally, as Office Coordinator, Lisa assists in ordering office supplies, retrieving and delivering mail from the mailroom, and keeping common areas clean.
Lisa has worked in the wealth management industry for 40 years, with experience at Wheat First Securities, Wachovia Securities, Wells Fargo Advisors, and most recently, Ameriprise Financial Services. She has been recognized as a peer leader and team player by both operations partners and advisors throughout her career.
Lisa is the proud mother of a son and daughter, and grandmother to two adorable little girls. Outside of the office, Lisa is an avid antique collector, spending personal time on the hunt for unique items for her 200+ year old farmhouse in Hanover County, Virginia.
