Tracy Tian, CPA, MSA
Finance Director
As Finance Director at Seventy2 Capital, Tracy brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to finance and accounting. She owns the full accounting cycle from general ledger through financial statement preparation, while also serving as a systems owner. Tracy focuses on building strong internal controls, driving close-cycle efficiency through automation and workflow redesign, and translating complex financial data into clear reporting for leadership.
Prior to joining Seventy2 Capital, Tracy earned over 15 years of accounting and finance experience. She previously worked at Democracy International, Inc. for 14 years, where she progressed from Senior Accountant to Director of Finance & Accounting. She has also worked as a Senior Accountant at Metrostar Systems and VICOR Business Services.
Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rollins College and a Master of Science in Accounting from George Mason University. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling the world and spending quality time with her daughter, her dog, and friends.
