Apr 09, 2026 Ryan Russo and Ginny Koontz-DeLauder join Seventy2 Capital, opening two new offices
Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management, a client-centered, independent wealth management practice headquartered in the Washington DC – Baltimore region, announced today that the practice has expanded its presence to Chesapeake and Culpepper, Virginia, with the addition of Executive Vice President Ryan Russo and Senior Vice President Ginny Koontz-DeLauder.
“We are thrilled to add Ryan and Ginny to our team and expand into Culpepper and Chesapeake. Together they bring over 25 years of experience in financial services with multiple practices, including Merrill Lynch, Freedom Street at Steward Partners, and The Henderson Group. We are looking forward to working with them!” said President and Co-Founder of Seventy2 Capital, Tom Fautrel.
Ryan’s approach is planning-led and outcome-focused, built around disciplined portfolio construction, thoughtful risk management, and long-term strategy. He begins every client relationship by developing a deep understanding of their goals, priorities, and full financial picture. From there, he designs and implements a coordinated strategy that integrates investment management with key planning areas such as tax efficiency, retirement income, and estate considerations. He often serves as the central point of coordination, helping clients and their other advisors stay aligned and make confident, well-informed decisions over time.
Ginny focuses on wealth planning that reflects each client’s life, values, and personal roadmap. She defines success as peace of mind and freedom, helping clients feel confident about where they’re headed and supported every step of the way. A significant portion of Ginny’s practice serves women, whether widowed, divorced, single, or seeking greater confidence in joint finances, including investments. Many clients come to her for life and legacy planning, including retirement and income strategies, tax-efficient planning, estate planning strategies, and charitable giving.
When asked what excites them about their new roles, Ginny said, “Stepping into this partnership with Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management as an independent advisor feels like the natural next step in the way I want to serve people. I’m excited to grow a stronger, more connected community. One where clients feel supported and understood and where fellow professionals can collaborate and thrive together. What drew me to Seventy2 Capital was the shared belief that relationships matter, and that the work we do is ultimately about helping people build lives they’re proud of.”
Ryan added, “Joining Seventy2 Capital represents an exciting next chapter for my practice. The practice’s infrastructure and advisor-first culture allow me to focus on what matters most—delivering thoughtful wealth planning and long-term investment guidance for my clients. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow my practice within a platform that supports both independence and a high level of service for the families I work with.”
